Luton Airport

Luton Airport serves over 6.5 million passengers per year and is the UK's seventh largest airport. The profile of the airport has improved considerably since a rise in budget airlines lead by easyjet brought more passengers and media coverage.

A wide range of facilities are on offer at the airport including a considerable selection of bars and restaurants and children's play area. A Chapel is located opposite the terminal entrance suitable for all beliefs and religions. Special baby care rooms are on hand to provide changing tables and nappy dispensers. A range of travel insurance facilities are available with International Currency exchange bureaux de change.

A choice of restaurants and bars include Bewleys Express, The Shakespeare Pub, Bar des Voyageurs, Ritazza Coffee, Sbarro Pizza, Upper Crust, Fast Food Outlets, The Mezza Café and Bar and Milles Cookies.

London Luton Airport has shopping for all, including Chemists, Music shops, Newsagents, Book stores, Electrical stores, Tax & Duty Free Shopping. Fax, telephone, internet and e-mail facilities are available in the Upper Departure Lounge. The Departure Lounge features a cafe bar and amusement centre with games for all ages.

Directions:

London Luton Airport is 35 miles from North London, 5 minutes from the M1 and 15 minutes from the M25. Just 2 miles from the M1, Exit at Junction 10. The airport is clearly signposted.
Convenient access to London Luton Airport is from the M25 from Essex, Kent, Surrey and Sussex. Exit M25 Junction 21 for access to the M1.
From the A1 access to London Luton Airport is via the A505 from Hitchin. The airport is located off the A505 and is clearly signposted.
