The Birmingham National Sea Life Centre includes a new Seahorse Breeding and Conservation Centre, Tropical Ocean display, and Otter Sanctuary, and is located in the Heart of Birmingham City Centre. The aquarium is designed on four levels, each offering a different glimpse of plants and creatures that live in water. It has the world's first completely transparent underwater tunnel letting visitors experience what it is like to be entirely submerged under the ocen. Birmingham Repertory Theatre, founded in 1913 hosts contemporary drama. The Door was established in 1998 as a theatre dedicated to the production of new writing and plays. It is located next to the Internation Convention Centre at the heart of Birmingham in Centenary Square.
