Southampton Airport

Southampton airport welcomes over 1.5 million passengers to over 30 destinations every year and is a leading airport for Central Southern England. Together with over 400 long haul worldwide destinations, Leisure and business passengers can reach over 30 destinations directly via three onward connections. Southampton International Airport opened its new terminal in December 1994 and is now one of Europe's most modern regional airports.

A baby care room and facilities are located in the main concourse. A post box is located immediately outside the terminal building and first aid room is situated by the arrivals. Cash dispensers can be found next to WH Smith on the main concourse.

The viewing gallery is free to all visitors and passengers and is located at the end of the concourse. Cash Dispensers are available throughout and will accept all valid UK Bank and Building society cards without surcharge.

Directions:

Car:
The airport is under a mile from the M27 Junction 5. It is 4 miles from Southampton, With the M3 just a mile away providing fast routes to London and other UK cities.

Bus/Coach:
A regular bus service runs between the airport and the city centre, with up to two services an hour. The National Express coach terminal is located on Western Esplanade in Southampton city centre.

Rail:
Southampton has a dedicated railway station with fast trains three times an hour operating between London Waterloo and the Airport and numerous links with cities are the UK. This gives easy rail network access to the Airport.
